How To Get Here

There are generally three ways that most people will follow to visit this region of Sassafras.

From The Basin

If you are travelling on the Mountain Highway (or Forest Road) proceed straight (or turn right) through The Basin roundabout and head along Mountain Highway.

After about 7km you will reach Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, turn right here and the nursery will be on your right in just under 100m.

Parking is located on Prince street, on the next right turn. (see Parking for a map)

From Olinda

If you are travelling on Olinda-Monbulk Road via Olinda, turn left at the end onto Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, then proceed approximately 3km. After passing Mountain Highway (on the right) the nursery is then on your right in just under 100m.

If you are travelling south on Mount Dandenong Tourist Road via Olinda, head straight for approximately 3km. After passing Mountain Highway (on the right) the nursery is then on your right in just under 100m.

Parking is located on Prince street, the first right after Mountain Highway. (see Parking for a map)

From Ferny Creek

If you are travelling north on Mount Dandenong Tourist Road via Ferny Creek, follow the road until you reach Prince Street (approx 3km from the center of Ferny Creek as marked by Google Maps), then turn left onto Prince Street. The nursery will be the first building on the right.
